Kiss the Blarney Stone and hoist a pint o' Guiness in honor of this lovely lass from the Emerald Isle!

Ballycor

Newly completed, this sweet Connemara mare exemplifies all the fabulous conformation characteristics the breed is known for.  A deep and compact body, dense bone, a kind eye, well shaped head set onto a neck of good length and definition meeting smoothly into a well sloped shoulder help to make this sculpture a very believeable representation of the Connemara Pony.

A traditional sized sculpture, this little gal has it all! Ballycor marches along in a relaxed, free walk.  She can easily do both performance and halter classes well.

Some of the very fine details included on Ballycor are gentle skin wrinkles under her throatlatch, under her elbows, near the base of her ears, veining, fetlock tufts the same as show Connemaras wear, chestnuts, frogs on her hooves and last, but not least, shoes.

Initially, Ballycor will be offered as a limited edition of 50 casts, however the run will be extended to 100 if there is a demand for it. No more than 100 casts will be sold. Any additional casts that can be gotten out of the molds will be retained by myself to use as Artist's Proofs or for guest artists.
